MSA Web Design & Development Terms and Conditions

Quotes - Quotes are given using the information provide to us. Should incorrect or incomplete information be provided then the quote will be come void. We will then re-quote for the work, should this be required. The price quoted is for work previously discussed any further work will be quoted for separately.

Time scales - All time scales are estimates only.

Customer Obligations - Any information requested by us should be provided in a timely manner. Any delays in the provision of information may delay the completion date of the contracted work.

Any necessary permission for copyrighted material should be attained by you and you are responsible for all legal permissions relating to material used on your website or other design work.

If you purchase your own domain name/hosting package or have already done so you must allow us reasonable access to your account in order to fulfil the contract.

Payment - Payment is required within 28 days of the invoice date. You will normally be invoiced on the day of completion of the contracted work. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal. A 20% deposit may be required before work commences.

The price invoiced is for work previously discussed any further work will be chargeable. This includes any problems caused by user error.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

Cancellation - Any work already carried out will be chargeable should you wish to cancel. If you cancel before any work is undertaken then the contract will be terminated and no monies will be due to MSA.

Prices - We do not charge VAT on our products/services.

Links/Portfolio - MSA may link from its own site to the customer's website and to use a screen shot or other imagery of the customer's website in our online and hard-copy portfolio. A link from the customer's website to MSA's website shall be created. Both shall be permitted unless the customer requests otherwise.

Warranty - Once we have completed the contract we hope that you will be completely satisfied with the end result. However, should there be any problems please contact us within 3 months of the completion date. If you contact us after this date it will be deemed that you have accepted the quality of the service/product supplied. We will not be held responsible for problems that arise due to customer error.

Third Parties - Third party software, hosting, etc may be used to fulfil the contract. Third parties may have their own terms and conditions.
